how old were you when you realised you were gay/came out?

I do not know at which particular age I realised, but I always knew that I was different from the majority of people, concerning many things.

I never felt the need to do such a thing as 'come out' or announce anything like that, as I do not really care whether people know. The people that are important to me are observant enough to have realised it by themselves, and the people who do not realise are stupid anyway and not worth telling. Although some school bullies did realise it, even though they were very stupid otherwise. But somehow they were very good at singling out people that were different and choose them as a target.

Some rambling about being an aro, coming out and stuff

Guys so I've been kind of thinking to come out as an aro to my friends/family (especially my friends because they keep shipping me with some guy in class) but I don't know how to word it + I suck at explaining stuff, well tbh I don't really mind about getting shipped but it just genuinely makes me annoyed (especially when they start teasing me) well I did like the guy in question but like yknow... platonically? And also the guy likes me back (possibly in a romantic way) but then if I told my friends that I'm part of the arospec I'm afraid they assume I "friend-zoned" him because I don't like/hate him (but in reality, I do like him but just like the statement above it's platonic crush) I'm really scared of accidentally hurting someone's feelings without the intention of doing so. But then some people would say I had to "play hard to get" as a woman, they say. and stuff so they thought I "pretended" to be aro to deny him having a crush on me.

Well I am trying (a little bit) to come out to my parents, using an aromantic-themed wallpaper in my phone (because they check/see it some time) but I'm not sure if they'd notice that so uhhh-

i really hope this reaches alice oseman, because i really want her to know how much i care about her. yes, i do follow alice from less a year, but she really changed me. after four years, i finally made it to come out, as a bisexual, to my best friend, and she took it great! but this is all thanks to heartstopper, I would’ve never, EVER come out, if not for her hard work. i’m also trying to draw my own comic, of how i fell in love with a girl, which i may start posting here, even tho i’m pretty young and i’m not that good, i hope i will improve and then, one day, make it to share it.

also, i really can’t wait to see season three!
